Now the Christmas festivities start and the club's Christmas lunch is programmed and ready.

We meet sharp at 17.45 in the park hall's cafeteria
Where Arne is ready at the bar, with good offers on beer, soft drinks and wine.
At about 6.15 pm there is a delicious Christmas buffet.
(The club gives a schnapps to the herring)

- White herring with crispy capers, red onion & chives
- Hot smoked salmon with marinated kale, jam & smoked cheese cream
- ½ egg with prawns, mustard mayo, dill & lemon
- Roast beef with salad of root vegetables, parsley & horseradish
- Pork shank terrine with apple, bacon & parsley
- KokkeKompagniet's Christmas meatballs with crispy cabbage salad & roasted kernels (*)
- Butcher's liver pâté with bacon & roasted mushrooms (*)
- Crispy rib roast with old-fashioned red cabbage (*)
- The baker's home-baked rye bread & special bread from the stone oven with butter
- Rice a la mande with cherry sauce

After the meal there is some entertainment.

The bar is open all evening…….
Where you can buy draft beer, soft drinks and wine.

There will be coffee, snacks, sweets along the way (the club provides)
Finally, at approx. 23.30 there is dinner / hotdogs
The party ends at 00.30 !!
