Communication platforms - MTB 6000
Hope you are all doing well, and are getting ready for the autumn trips :-)

|
We are constantly working progressively to become better in terms of communication with the members, in relation to announcements, events & various information regarding our club together. This is a big job, but we believe we have come a long way – considering the time since we started the club.
|
From the board's side, we want to use as few platforms as possible to communicate on, as otherwise we risk missing some communication on either one or the other. Some members have also expressed a desire for more transparency in relation to where to find various information. Thanks for the constructive criticism, it helps keep us sharp.

Just to take the "low-hanging fruit" first, we have our primary communication / information platform which is www.mtb6000.dk – where all communication / information can be found.
|
In addition, we can sometimes hang out a bit on the Facebook groups (men/women), if we deem it necessary. At the same time, newsletters are also sent out with various information. If you do not receive them, please contact the chairman / Henrik Dunch.

Regarding "photo information" from trips, events & parties, we use Instagram. Here, Henning Skov - who, by the way, does a great and great job ensuring that we are Kolding's best & most present sports club on Instagram. Thank you for that Mr. Forest.

This also means that team sports are NOT used for communication anymore, and as such are closed.
|
So dear members, remember to read the news emails and check in weekly on our website, which says everything. Should you have good ideas for improvements in relation to the structure of e.g. events, tours or other things, we are very responsive, as we want to be sharper. In the calendar on the website, you can see all activities, outings etc... . So use the website actively.
