MTB 6000 accepts online payments with; Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard.

Payment will only be debited to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with the terms of your card, until we withdraw or reject the payment.

All amounts on the website include VAT.

Reservations are made for price changes from suppliers, and any typing error in the Webshop. Also reserves the right to cancel an order.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

MTB 6000 uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders.

The delivery time for stock items is 2-3 working days.

The freight is calculated based on weight.
You will always receive a track and trace number so that you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

Right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal on goods purchased in our webshop, as the goods are of such a nature that, according to Danish legislation, a right of return cannot or should not be granted.

Condition of the item upon return

You are liable for the deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you must try the product in the same way as if you shopped in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to MTB 6000 to assess the item's condition.

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right to complain applies to all errors in software, material and manufacturing.

Complaint regarding errors and defects must be reported to MTB 6000 within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here the max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

MTB 6000 covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, they are only registered in our customer directory. You can have your information deleted at any time.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with MTB 6000, we need the following information:

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with MTB 6000 and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

Subscription terms

It is a prerequisite for membership of MTB 6000 that you register for payment via Dankort or another payment card approved by MTB 6000 and Nets/Clearhaus.
In connection with your first payment, you agree that MTB 6000 may in future withdraw the money from your account via your payment card, until you either change your membership or unsubscribe from MTB 6000.
The amount you must pay for membership of MTB 6000 is automatically deducted via your payment card. The annual quota payment cannot yet be withdrawn via MobilePay.
About 10 days before each automatic charge, you will receive an email and possibly SMS that tells you how much you have to pay.
In case of automatic payment card withdrawals, your card information is not stored with MTB 6000 but with DIBS Payment Services A/S.
Before the payment card's expiry date or in the event of changes to the card data, MTB 6000 sends a reminder per email about this, and you must then register with a new payment card when you have received the new payment card by logging on to Click on "Your registrations", and click here on "Correct Dankort info". Enter the new information. "Ret Dankort info" will only appear when you have received your new Dankort.

In the event of a complaint, our e-mail address must be stated: [email protected] as well as the website on which you purchased the item.
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
